Delivery

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a proof to be checked and approved before printing. At this stage any changes can be made so everything is completely right before proceeding. Once we receive your approval, your items are hand-made to order. Refunds cannot be given on personalised products unless there is a fault or a mistake on our part. In this occurrence, you will receive a free of charge replacement, or a full refund upon return of your items. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also accepting the Delivery terms. Seeds

Please consider that all seeds are live products on which germination depends on various grower skills and environmental factors. These include; proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, appropriate watering, weed controls, disease free soil, and  suitable weather conditions. Germination is affected by factors such as as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. While we do everything possible to get the best quality seeds to you in the best possible condition with appropriate instruction, and will provide as much help as possible, the environmental factors and growers skills are totally outside of our control and once you receive the seeds we can take no responsibility for the outcome.
